Todd called, discussed the issues with the roof. He then went and inspected the site. He took pictures and sent them to me so I could understand the issues with the roof. He sent me a detailed quotation. We discussed the quote and scope of work. We made some mods to the agreement, which he then revised in writing. I booked the job and sent the deposit. He is reliable, thorough and up to speed on current roofing practices. I expect to be happy with his work when its done.
